most frequently purchased violin, and viola. Both instruments have
everything a professional player looks for; enduring quality, classic
lines, crystal clear sound, and playability.
Gammuto hand-made instruments are currently limited

for availability of these special instruments.

difficult, and demanding jobs. Repairs of every description; cracks,
open seams, and full restoration projects are among our
most called upon service.
You can expect to receive real value for your hard
earned money at Gammuto Violins. When you visit the workshop that is
exactly what you will see, a
"working" shop. We do not have a dimly lit waiting area, or commissioned salesmen who try to sell you something you do not
need, or cannot comfortably afford.
Sound quality is the most important element of any instrument
purchase. This includes labels, previous owner, country of origin, and
selling price. An instrument that sounds great, and showcases your
talent, is a good investment in your musical career.
Avoid being a
"label snob." That small piece of paper inside the, instrument, will
not further your career, or or get you a chair in an orchestra. Sound
will.
